Translucent feather like brushstrokes in colours gleaned from birds native to Aotearoa/New Zealand, cascade down this piece. This is the kind of artwork that brings the outdoors in. I found this piece difficult to photograph and have included lots of photos of details from the painting and one of it lying on the deck next to "Dappled Gold light" when a varnish coat was hardening.
